This policy explains what information the monytr.ai website collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. It covers the public website at monytr.ai. The monytr.ai monitoring platform itself is governed by the service agreement concluded with each customer.

1. Information you give us

When you submit the demo-request form we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, company name, environment size and message. We use this information solely to respond to your request, schedule a demo, and follow up on your interest. It is delivered to us by email and is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing.

2. Information collected automatically

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). Google Analytics sets cookies and processes your IP address to provide these statistics. We use Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise to protect our forms from abuse; it evaluates browser and interaction signals and is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, requested URL, user agent) for security and troubleshooting, retained for a limited period.

3. Legal basis

We process form submissions on the basis of taking steps prior to entering into a contract at your request, and site analytics and abuse prevention on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating, improving and protecting the website.

4. Retention

Demo-request emails are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics settings. Server logs rotate automatically.

5. Where data is processed

The monytr.ai platform and website are hosted in data centres in the European Union. Google services (Analytics, reCAPTCHA) may process data outside the EU under Google's applicable data-transfer safeguards.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to processing or request portability. To exercise any of these rights regarding data we hold about you, contact us through the form on the homepage and we will respond promptly.
