Microsoft 365 monitoring for every tenant you look after

Connect each Microsoft 365 tenant once, a client's or your own company's, and see licences, renewals, mailbox and OneDrive storage, groups and changes in one place. Cards across all tenants show what needs attention today: subscriptions about to renew or expire, mailboxes nearly full, seats nobody uses, and tenants whose connection has broken. This is Cloud Suites, the Microsoft 365 section of monytr.ai.

What it does

What the MSP console never showed you in one place

Read-only, collected through Microsoft Graph, for every tenant.

📌

Needs attention across every tenant

Six cards open their own lists: subscriptions renewing this month and in the next 30 days, subscriptions past renewal, in grace or over-assigned, mailboxes and OneDrive accounts over 80, 90 or 95% of their own quota, unassigned paid seats, and broken connections.

🔑

Licences and renewals

Every subscription with seats purchased and assigned, and its renewal date. Free grants and donated plans are not counted as paid licences, so unassigned seats show real waste.

📬

Mailbox, OneDrive and SharePoint storage

Each person's usage against their own quota, with whether an in-place archive is on. Microsoft publishes usage once a day, so storage can lag live by up to 48 hours.

👥

Users, guests and groups

Filter users by licence type, including people holding no licence. A Groups tab lists Microsoft 365 groups, distribution lists and mail-enabled security groups with owners and members, as the Exchange admin centre does.

🕘

A dated change history

The Changes tab audits each tenant: who was added or removed and when, which subscription it affected and how many seats moved. View any tenant as it stood on a past date.

🔔

Alerts that reach your team

A mailbox or OneDrive at 90% or full, renewals and expiries within 30 days, over-assigned seats, and a tenant whose sync is failing or whose consent was revoked, through the channels you choose in the Notification Hub.

Client-ready

One report per tenant, one view across all of them

Each tenant exports as a PDF or an Excel workbook that is ready to send. The tenant table puts tenants with something wrong first, and tenants sync three times a day, at 00:00, 10:00 and 18:00.

  • Read-only access through Microsoft Graph: nothing in a tenant is changed
  • Tenant PDF and Excel workbook, with groups and group members as their own sheets
  • A Help Center guide, which the AI assistant also answers from, walks through the Entra ID connection
  • Each connected tenant counts as one node on your plan

FAQ

Questions teams
ask us first

Anything else? Ask on the demo.

How does monytr.ai connect to Microsoft 365?
Each tenant is connected through Microsoft Graph, with the connection set up in Entra ID. A guide in the Help Center walks through it, and a connection test confirms that licences, users, storage and groups can be read.
Does it change anything in the tenant?
No. Cloud Suites is read-only. It collects licences, users, storage and groups through Microsoft Graph and never writes to the tenant.
Does it monitor mail flow or delivery?
No. Cloud Suites covers licences, renewals, storage, groups, users and the health of the connection. It does not trace messages or test mail delivery.
How often does the data refresh?
Tenants sync three times a day, at 00:00, 10:00 and 18:00, so licences, users and connection problems refresh during the working day. Storage figures change once a day, when Microsoft publishes its usage reports, so they can lag live by up to 48 hours.
How does it affect my plan?
Each connected tenant counts as one node, the same as an installed agent. See the pricing page for the node bands.
Can I monitor my own company's Microsoft 365 tenant?
Yes. An MSP connects each client's tenants, and a company connects its own in Company mode. The tabs, cards, alerts and exports work the same way.
